The Posting System

Your corner of Google, worked every single week.

Postwerks studies your search market, plans the week, writes in your voice, pushes drafts to your CMS and reports back on what earned a click. You approve. We do not press publish. Das good!

Real numbers

What the system has done so far, measured in Search Console.

Four sites of our own run on Postwerks today. These are their numbers, not a projection. Small sites, young domains, honest figures.

Dog Show · impressions

11× in 28 days

Search impressions went from 255 to 2,796 in one 28-day window, on the back of 48 breed guides published at two a day.

Quail Stead · time to page one

3 weeks

Page-one rankings on its first keyword cluster within three weeks of launch. Indexed from day one, with no manual URL submissions.

Quail Stead · from zero

3,128 impressions

In 28 days, from a domain that did not exist a month earlier. Forty-four guides, every one fact-checked against a source list.

Dollar Bets · click-through

7.3% CTR

Site-wide search CTR at an average position of 8.8. Its best page runs at 10.5%. Postwerks writes for clicks, not impressions.

Keywords mined

6,800+

Per refresh cycle across four sites, roughly 1,400 to 1,900 keywords each, re-pulled on a schedule.

Live SERPs scored

300+ a week

One hundred real results pages per site, scored for who wins the click and whether a click even exists.

Briefs → drafts

5353

Every brief the planner wrote since July became a finished draft in the site's voice. None were written by a person.

Weekly reports, written by nobody

38

Search Console reports produced automatically since July, plus a Sunday exec digest and a daily scorecard.

Pages under management

262

Every live URL registered, protected and watched for decay, including a client's 138-post archive.

Scheduled jobs

14

Research, planning, writing, reporting and listening run themselves on a calendar. A human reads the email.

Source: Google Search Console, 28-day windows to mid-September 2026, and the Postwerks pipeline logs. The client site is excluded from every figure above, because its traffic predates us and we count only what we can attribute.

Features

Everything a content team does on a Monday, done by Friday morning without the meeting.

Postwerks is one system with a console on top. Under the hood it is research, planning, writing, publishing and measurement, wired together and scheduled.

01 · Research

Studies your corner of Google every week

Keyword universes of a thousand-plus terms per site, refreshed on a schedule. A hundred live results pages scored per site per week, so the plan is built on what Google shows today, not what a tool said in spring.

Search Console · DataForSEO · live SERPs

02 · Click yield

Checks whether a click exists before writing for it

Most "easy" keywords are easy because Google answers them in two sentences and nobody clicks. Postwerks screens every pool for answer terminality and weights it by measured click-through, so the effort goes where the clicks are.

Terminality screen · CTR by shape

03 · Planning

Plans the week with pre-committed rules

A planner decides what to write, what to refresh and what to retire, using written decision rules you can read. Young domains ramp slowly; volume follows indexation evidence. It never publishes seven pieces on day one because a spreadsheet said so.

Pace ladder · refresh · retire

04 · Voice

Writes in your voice, with your facts

We train on your writing samples and hold every draft to an edit spec: banned words, house numerals, the closers you actually use. Custom facts and guardrails cover the things that must never be wrong. Two authors on one site get two registers.

Voice docs · facts · compliance

05 · Publishing

Pushes drafts. Never presses publish on your site.

Adapters for Ghost, Webflow and static sites deliver finished drafts with titles, metas and internal links into your CMS. Client sites are drafts-only by construction. Your editor reads, edits and ships. Wunderbar!

Ghost · Webflow · static · drafts only

06 · Intelligence

Reports that read themselves

A weekly Search Console snapshot per site, a Sunday exec digest with the actions that matter, and a daily scorecard with traffic, clicks, money and signups. Pages that decay get flagged for a rewrite; pages that never earn a click get retired.

Weekly · Sunday · daily

07 · Kill gates

Every site is a probe with a written kill gate

Before a site launches, the gate is on paper: indexation by month three without crutches, a click-through floor, a revenue signal by month nine. Sites scale on evidence or stop on evidence. Sentiment is not a metric.

Gates in writing · evidence, not vibes

08 · Listening

Hears the internet talking about your topic

Daily monitors on Reddit and Google News surface the threads worth joining, with a suggested reply in your voice. Outreach drafts come from a prospect library, not a cold list.

Reddit · News · outreach

09 · Console

One console, every site, one login

Foundations for voice, facts and compliance, versioned. A red-yellow-green health board per site. Ship-it and Push-to-CMS buttons for the pieces that need a human. Row-level security keeps each client in its own lane.

Multi-tenant · site health · one login
How it works

Now the groundwerk. Four steps, then it runs.

1

Foundations

Upload writing samples, the facts that must be right, and the things you will not say. Postwerks builds voice, facts and compliance docs from them.

2

Research

We connect Search Console, mine the keyword universe and score the live results pages. You get an audit and the first plan.

3

Drafts appear

Every week the planner picks the work and the writer delivers finished drafts to your CMS. Your editor approves.

4

Reports arrive

Weekly reports, a Sunday digest and a daily scorecard tell you what earned a click. The plan adjusts itself.

Straight answers

Questions people ask before they sign up.

Who is it for?

Brands and publishers with a real audience, a CMS and an editor who wants finished drafts instead of a blank page. We are onboarding one client at a time.

Will it publish on my site?

No. Postwerks pushes drafts. A person on your side presses publish. This is a rule, not a setting.

Does it sound like a robot?

It sounds like your writing samples. Every draft is held to an edit spec built from them, and we lint for the words that give machines away.

What does it cost?

Waitlist pricing is agreed per site once we have seen your Search Console. Leave an email; we reply like humans.

Which platforms?

Ghost, Webflow and static sites today. Others when a client needs one; the adapter contract is small.

Who is behind it?

SCHEME Studio, a venture studio in London. Postwerks is the system that runs our own portfolio of sites.

But first, a joke. How many Germans does it take to grow your traffic?
One. We are efficient and have no sense of humour.
